Norton 360 version 3 Incompatibility
Users have reported that after installing Norton 360 version 3 they are unable to launch Vectorworks 2008. This effects users with VectorWorks 12.5.3, VectorWorks 2008 and Vectorworks 2009 running Windows XP or Windows Vista.

Symantec Technical Support has since responded with this possible fix.
