Tech Bulletin: Streaming QuickTime Movies in Adobe Air Help - 10/19/2009

Currently any QuickTime format movie streamed from our website (New Feature demos, Video Tech Tips, etc.) cannot be viewed via the Adobe Air Help application's internal browser.

You will notice this specifically if you go to the "Favorites" section and attempt to watch the videos from the Knowledgebase. This issue has been verified and is not related directly to a specific operating system, but the Adobe Air framework itself.

Until this issue is resolved you can access all of these materials directly from a standard web browser.
