SmartCursor Cues
If SmartCursor Cues no longer appear when hovering over specific points of objects (endpoint, center, midpoint, etc) press the "Y" key on your keyboard.
This toggles the pop-ups on and off.
If you have remapped the "Y" key to a different command, you can change this setting under Tools > SmartCursor Settings > General, and you will see the setting for SmartCursor Cues
