Render in Multiple Renderworks Modes Simultaneously

Normally for a quick test of what a selected area will look like in a particular rendering mode, you can use the Render Bitmap tool detailed here:

However, the following is a method of testing multiple rendering modes of the same view at once:

1) Create a viewport on a sheet layer of the view you would like to test.

2) On the new sheet layer, duplicate that viewport (Edit > Duplicate) as many times as modes you would like to test. Arrange these so that you can see each viewport clearly and so that they are not overlapping.

3) Select each of the newly duplicated viewports and change each "Background Render" mode in the Object Info Palette to the mode you wish each viewport to display.

4)  Go to View > Update All Viewports. This will start all the viewports rendering at once, so you do not need to manually update each viewport and wait for them all to render in turn.
